My Story
Emanali is an international recording artist and producer renowned for his versatility across Afrobeat, Rap, and RnB. His music journey reflects a deep commitment to connecting with audiences through the universal language of music.
Born in the refugee camp of Kakuma, Kenya, Emanali's early life was marked by challenges and displacement. Yet, amid adversity, he discovered solace in music, drawing inspiration from the rich tapestry of East African sounds. His move to Canada further enriched his musical expression, blending diverse cultural influences into a distinctive artistic identity.
Musical Career
In 2018, at just fifteen years old, Emanali launched his career with the EP "Only 15." This debut project quickly garnered local acclaim, leading to opportunities to open for renowned artists like Nelly, T-Pain, Dave East, and Roy Woods. These experiences paved the way for notable music award nominations, including SMA’s R&B Artist of the Year in 2022 and Afrobeat Artist of the Year in 2023. Emanali’s achievements have earned him recognition from major media outlets both locally and internationally.
